Setting your business up right from the beginning will save you so much time, money, and headache. There are several tools that you should have even if you’re brand new to business, and definitely if you’re looking to scale. Which is why I’m giving you my top 10 list of resources for building a successful coaching business.
First of all, you spend a lot of time collecting emails and finding leads. You need a reliable place to store them and keep track of customer information which is why you need a client relationship management tool. We use ActiveCampaign and love it. We started off with MailChimp but it just wasn’t enough to keep up with our business.
If you’re planning on having a membership site or to build courses, then you’ll definitely want to look into Kajabi. We are moving away from Kajabi ourselves but not because there is anything wrong with the platform. It’s super easy to use and can be used as a CRM, website builder, funnel builder, shopping cart holder, etc. It’s definitely a good one to look into.
We use several different tools to design the various bits and bobs in our business, but the best one that we’ve found for teams is Canva. It’s an amazing tool that allows team members to work on projects together without losing any work.
Listen in to hear all of the resources I recommend and check the links below if you’d like to check them out yourself. Most of these links are affiliate links, but I wouldn’t recommend them if I didn’t love them.
